  Well here I am one year later and the grass is terrible, full of crabgrass, unwanted weeds and other unsightly grasses. I now have a grass company in trying to sort it. Forget the expense and hard work of laying a new lawn and get someone in to sort your old lawn as I’ve learned the hard way.

  I followed the instructions and watered the new turf twice a day and was rewarded with 100% take and no yellowing. Within a month, it was a dense and luxuriant green and not a single weed to be seen.

  I ordered grass from this company after a great deal of research. Based upon the information on the site and them saying they deliver ALL across Scotland … More and as far as England, I placed an order with them. I put in my attachment area and they accepted the order and took the money.
  I dug up my entire lawn and waiting for delivery. Delivery day came no grass. I phoned them to find out what happened and they said they couldn't deliver to my area, yet never once got in touch to say so or arrange a refund or explain. Also we are only 2.5 hours from their location not 10hrs or more. They said they would call me back the following day to rectify the situation, and the next day no call!!!
  I had to phone them back the following day only to be told, sorry nothing we can do we just don't deliver to your area.
  The website is very misleading in that it says it can deliver grass to any where then this happens to us. Now left with a dug up lawn, no grass and have to wait days for a refund. Money which we had to save up to get the grass in the first place. Greatly disappointed with the company, the customer service and highly recommend people to be careful before committing to buying from this company !!

  Was supplied what they call root zone which they said was suitable for topdressing and premium grass seed. After a couple of weeks all the stones in the … More topdressing have come to the surface. Along with that numerous weeds are reappearing, after having down the 'premier' grass seed, after having extensively weed killed prior to laying the topdressing.
  Not impressed with what's been supplied. This is after having originally bought the turf from Turfitt, won't be using them again, suggest others to give them a wide berth.
